78K0 (8-bit) Microcontrollers

At up to 20 MHz, the 78K0 (8bit) microcontrollers deliver significantly higher performance than the 78K0S-based LCD devices. A wealth of on-chip peripherals allows the application engineer to keep external component needs to a minimum.
Targeted for applications needing an LCD controller/driver, this series includes support for 80 (20 segment x 4 common) to 160 (40 segment x 4 common) segments, a broad mix of peripherals, and a wide selection of 8 KB to 60 KB of ROM and flash memory.
