The V850E/CG4 or "CarGate-3G-384F Flash" microcontrollers are 32-bit RISC microcontrollers targeted for CAN applications.


Architecture Support

  • Non-Multiplexed External Bus Interface (16/8-bit data / 20-bit address)
  • Frequency range: up to 32 MHz
  • Full-CAN (2.0b active): 6 channels

Applications

  • CAN bridge for Gateway applications
