The V850E/DJ3 microcontrollers are 32-bit microcontrollers which include the V850E CPU core and are targeted for dashboard applications.

  • 6 x stepper motor driver
  • LCD C/D 40seg. 4com. (µPD70F3420, µPD70F3421, µPD70F3422, µPD70F3423)
  • On-chip power on clear
  • Clock monitor
