V850ES/SG3 Microcontrollers


Features

The V850ES/SG3 microcontrollers, 32-bit RISC microcontrollers, can operate at 32 MHz and deliver 69 million instructions per second (MIPS), providing the required real-time performance.


Architecture Support

  • flash memory lineup of 256 KB - 1 MB
  • Max. frequency: 32 MHz (performance upgrade from V850ES/SG2)
  • In compatible with V850ES/SG2 except for some peripheral functions
  • Built-in IEBus controller or CAN controller for internal car LAN
