In 2004, NEC Electronics made an "All Flash Declaration": a declaration that all the new microcontrollers we developed would have embedded Flash memory. We have developed products under this slogan ever since.
In the four years since this declaration, we have expanded the NEC Electronics lineup. As of 2009, we have a total of 468 models, including 8-bit, 16-bit, and 32-bit microcontrollers. Our products are contributing to development by engineers in a wide range of fields. Our products are quietly helping to provide convenience to society in many different places, including buildings, homes, and automobiles.
This is what "All Flash" at NEC Electronics is all about.
